Reduce risks to workers with the ergonomic and safety conscious Morse Clamp+GOTM Dolly Handle. Attach Clamp+GOTM to the sidewall of your drum dolly with a downward push to engage the quick-coupling mechanism. Now you’ve got a drum dolly with a handle to pull or push to move your drum around. Easily move into and out of confined areas.

Increase worker safety by moving drum dollies with the Clamp+GOTM Dolly Handle. Don’t risk catching your fingers between the drum and other objects. Drum dollies with handles are far more stable because you apply even force below the drum’s center of gravity.

For safety reasons, use caution to maintain control and avoid tipping when pushing at the top of your drum to move a drum dolly. Lateral force at the top of the drum shifts over 70% of the weight to the front dolly wheels. This can make the dolly difficult to control, and potentially hazardous without warning – even topple over, especially if the dolly wheels hit an obstruction, a hole in the floor, or while descending a slope.

Decrease the risk of this happening by attaching the Clamp+GOTM to the drum dolly. You then pull from the bottom of the drum to move it around, with weight far more evenly distributed on all dolly wheels. You have greater control, and significantly reduce risk of tipping.

Hand Crank Geared Tilt makes it easy to pour a drum.

Move, palletize and pour a plastic, steel or fiber drum with the Morse Drum Palletizer and Pourers. An ergonomic and safety conscious way to dispense a drum at up to 26″ (66 cm) high. Eliminates the safety risks of manhandling heavy drums. The Geared Tilt feature allows you to control drum rotation 360 degrees end-over-end in either direction.

Morse Drum Palletizers allow you to move drums on and off shipping pallets, spill containment pallets and drum dollies. The V-shaped base is designed so you can raise and place a drum at the corners of a pallet, or straddle a pallet up to 41″ (107 cm) wide and 7″ (17.8 cm) tall.

We recommend the MORStop Tilt-Brake (Option # 3900i-P) factory installed to automatically lock and hold the drum tilt angle, until you turn the hand crank again.

Morse engineers have designed these below-hook lifting devices with motor driven drum tilt for below hook applications. More than just a 55-gallon drum dumper (210 liter drum dumper), you have full 360 degree control of the powered drum rotation to dispense with this industrial lifting equipment.

IMPORTANT: Every Morse below-hook drum handler is individually load tested at the factory at 125% of rated capacity as per American National Standard ANSI/ASME B30.20 and ships with a Load Test Certificate enclosed.
